Application Process:
- Fill out the Graduate Certificate Department Approval Form and return
to the Office of Graduate Certificates. Go to http://www.outreach.usf.edu/gradcerts/
and click on Application Forms. Return the completed form
to the Office of Graduate Certificates.
- Make and appointment to be advised by Dr. Wolan: wolan@eng.usf.edu
- Begin to fill out the “Checklist for Materials Science and
Engineering Certificate Completion.” This form will serve as an
on going record of your progress.

List to help you in the process.
